(plus Tokyo, Japan) providing an amazing theatrical experience to both deaf and hearing audience.
This is an unofficial fan site for the production.
Premiered on Broadway in 1985 and received seven Tony Awards. The Deaf West Theatre version of the production was performed on Broadway in 2003 for a limited run, featuring deaf, hard of hearing, and hearing actors. The entire show is signed in American Sign Language and at the same time is spoken by hearing actors.
